ACCESS REQUEST

1. How can I get access to the Lexus Boutique online?

- If you are an official Dealer/NMSC, please contact lexusboutique@d-sidegroup.com to request an access.

- If you are a final customer, please contact your personal dealer for more information (Find a Retailer), he/she will be happy to assist you!

PAYMENT

1. What are the payment methods?

You can rather pay with secured transaction: VISA, MasterCard, Bancontact, Maestro, BC, etc. or with bank transfer.

2. Where can I find the bank transfer details?

- All bank transfer details are mentioned in the order confirmation sent by e-mail after purchasing on the website :

o Lexus Boutique account : BE61 2100 9009 0117

o BIC : GEBABEBB

o Communication : Please mention your dealer’s name and order number

3. Is VAT included?

All prices mentioned on the website are VAT excluded and don’t include the shipping costs.

ORDER

1. Where can I find the size chart for the clothing?

You will find these specifications on each item page (please check the pictures).

2. How do I know if you have received my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your order. Your order number will be mentioned on the e-mail. This information will also be available on your customer zone.

Once your order is ready to be shipped by TNT, you’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number and final invoice which is also available on your customer zone.

3. I received an order confirmation but I didn’t receive the shipment yet. Why?

Once you have placed your order, it is confirmed in our system. However, note that we will only send the shipment as soon as we receive the payment or at least a proof of payment.

4. Where can I find all my orders and invoices?

When you are connected with your account, you have access to the “customer zone” which you can find by clicking on “My account”.

DELIVERY

1. What are the delivery methods?

We have an agreement with TNT Express https://www.tnt.com/express/en_gb/site/shipping-services.html

TNT Express within 1 to 3 working day depending on your location

TNT Economy within 2 to 4 working day depending on your location

Door-to-door delivery times indicated do not include weekends, holidays, bank holidays, or delays caused by customs clearance or other events beyond our control. For more information, please check the Terms and Conditions.

2. Where is my shipment?

Once we receive your payment, your order will be prepared and you will receive a tracking number with your final invoice.

3. What are the shipping costs?

Transport costs are standardized based on goods weight and volume, and are split at 50%-50% between TME and the buyer.
You can see the actual transport cost vs the amount you will be charged.

RETURNS

1. Can I return one of several products?

No return is allowed except if the delivery is not in conformity with your order. In that case, please send an e-mail to lexusboutique@d-sidegroup.com within 3 working days and we will be happy to assist you. For more details, please check the Terms and Conditions.

ON ORDER

1. Is it possible to personalize items from the Lexus Boutique?

It is, as long as the personalization respects brand guidelines. Please find here the guidelines for merchandise and for clothing. With the new Boutique Create Your Own Service, create your own Lexus experience and add a personal touch to any item in the Lexus Boutique. Great for gifts and branding projects. As well as our core range we now offer a new Sourcing Service. With a wealth of experience in the business gift market, we pride ourselves on being able to source almost everything. We also offer a full design service. We can deal with product design and layout, logo and copy sizing, electronic sampling and approvals. Simply email lexusboutique@d-sidegroup.com and we will deal with your request promptly.
