General Conditions

The Lexus Boutique enables customers to order branded items and have them delivered directly to a Lexus distributor.

1. WEBSITE & PRODUCT INFORMATION

1.1 Website – Navigation : We have organized our items into categories. You can access these categories through the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Each category contains a detailed list of items, images and information allowing you to better visualize your choices before ordering. At any time, you can come back to the main page of the boutique by clicking on the Lexus logo top left of the screen.

1.2 Information : The commercial and technical information given for an item are purely indicative. Toyota Motor Europe and their suppliers reserve the right to modify this information at any time without notice. Pictures are not contractual.

1.3 Prices : The prices shown include VAT but do not include the shipping costs.

1.4 Product – IN STOCK : The items we have in stock are sent off two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday. The delivery time is estimated at two to three working days for France. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item has been dispatched.

1.5 Product – OUT OF STOCK : The item is not available. In the hypothesis that an item or multiple items are out of stock, you will be informed in the 48hours after you passed your order.

2. ORDERS

2.1 Order Information : You can order the items in the boutique by adding them to your shopping cart. There you will find information about the items availability and mode of delivery. You can also modify the quantities of an item and if you’ve changed your mind you can simply take the item out of your cart and replace it by another. Once you have made your final decision, confirm your order and insert your details for shipping. You can access your cart by clicking “My Cart” in the menu bar at the top right of your screen.

2.2 The Shopping Cart : You have the option to adjust the quantity of selected items by using the “+/-” buttons located beneath the “Qt.” section in your Shopping Cart. This allows you to add or remove items from your shopping cart according to your preference. Have you selected the wrong colour or quantity for an item? No worries! Simply click the “x” to remove it from your cart and select again your preferred option. If your list looks good, proceed to checkout by clicking "Proceed to checkout" to complete your purchase.

2.3 Order Cancellation : Cancellation of a customer's order will not lead to refunds of already paid amounts or any form of compensation. If TME or D-Side cancels the order, the amounts paid by the customer for that order will be refunded. However, it is important to note that this does not entitle the customer to any compensation claims.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payments : Payments are to be made by invoice and to bank account of D-SIDE SA.

4. PRIVACY

4.1 Information security : We believe that our customers are entitled to the best service in data encryption & protection of their information. This is why all your information is transmitted to us via a secure connection.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery information :

  • Agreement with TNT Express https://www.tnt.com/express/en_gb/site/shipping-services.html .
  • TNT Express within 1 to 3 working day depending on your location.
  • TNT Economy within 2 to 4 working day depending on your location.
  • Door-to-door delivery times indicated do not include weekends, holidays, bank holidays, or delays caused by customs clearance or other events beyond our control.

5.2 Delivery Cost :

  • Price for road transport.
  • Shipping shown may be increased by supplements in case the delivery exceeds the maximum size or weight of 15kg.
  • Delivery time in working days is an estimation. The delivery time depends on possible customs delays and the national area of delivery.
  • Maximum dimensions per package: Length: 200cm Maximum - Contour (1 + 2 x length x height + 2 x width): 300cm maximum.
  • Prices are given in Euros, VAT not included.
  • The general conditions are an integral part of our costs.

6. RETURN/FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

6.1 Returns : With the exception of clothing, all items can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when received, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories.

Written confirmation for return requests must be sent via email (lexusboutique@d-sidegroup.com) within three days of receiving the items. Once approved, items should be returned to D-side at Leonard Avenue Mommaerts 24, 1140 Brussels, Belgium.

Please note that returns transport is under your responsibility if items get lost or damaged.

6.2 Receipt and Non-Conformity : The Customer is required to verify the condition of the purchased item upon receipt of the package. To do this, the Customer must undertake, upon delivery, all examinations needed to detect any damage, omissions, flaws or other apparent defects, or discrepancies between the products delivered and the order. The Customer must in particular verify the state of the packaging, the number of packages and the products with reference to quantity, their state and their characteristics. In case of complaints, the Client must contact D-Side and the services of D-Side’s transporter.

For the complaint to be accepted the Customer must :

  • Enter on the delivery note his specific and justified complaints in the case of damage or missing items. General comments such as “subject to unpacking” are insufficient;
  • Confirm the complaints regarding missing or damaged items and make any other complaints by email at lexusboutique@d-sidegroup.com, within 3 days, excluding holidays, following delivery,
  • Confirm the complaints regarding missing or damaged items by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the transporter within 3 days, excluding holidays, following delivery, with a copy of this claim to D-Side.

The customer should demonstrate the authenticity of their claims and grant D-Side, its transporters, or any authorized person the chance to verify them. The customer is not allowed to involve or appoint a third party for this purpose.

Claims accepted will lead to the exchange of defective or non-conforming products, or their refund in the event of unavailability of the product in stock. The returned product must be handed over to D-Side’s transporters in the same condition as when received in its original packaging and complete with all its accessories and returned to D-side - Leonard Avenue Mommaerts 24, 1140 Brussels, Belgium.. No returns undertaken without D-Side’s agreement will be accepted. Transportation costs for the return of damaged items will be reimbursed by sending a justified official original document or invoice within 10 days after the date of publication of this document.

6.3 Article damaged during delivery : Any damaged delivery must be reported in writing within 10 calendar days of the invoice. The damage must be immediately reported to the carrier upon delivery of the items. Please send photos to the e-mail address and keep lexusboutique@d-sidegroup.com packaging available for inspection by the carrier. If asked, damaged items must be returned to the address: D-side group - Leonard Avenue Mommaerts 24, 1140 Brussels, Belgium.

Transportation costs for the return of damaged items will be reimbursed by sending an official original document or invoice within 10 days after the date of publication of this document.
